Professional Diploma & Training Fundamentals of Risk Identification and Continuity Planning - FRICP

This 3-day intensive course teaches essential topics and practical applications for risk identication with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and risk registers, including Incident Management, and Contingency Planning. The aim is to guide organizations into a more integrated risk management system to make better-informed decisions. Group projects and practical assessments will be conducted to obtain the FRICP attendance certificate.
